Augmented Intervals

All intervals have 2 additional qualities that are achieved by sharpening or flattening the interval. The quality of any sharpened interval is called 'Augmented'.

For example, when a Perfect 4th is sharpened (+1 semitone) it will become an Augmented 4th.
